Luxembourg

While thinking of a location to dream about I kept coming back to a place very near and dear to my heart. This is a place that is very under the radar but so worth it when you get lost in the valley that spans the city center.

Luxembourg.

The capital city that has a massive chasm going directly through the heart of it. Standing at the top of this valley, looking down hundreds of feet at the park below and taking in all of the history that you are looking at.

You can see the caves that were used for protection and hiding of precious artifacts during the World Wars. You can see the steps used to get out of the valley while planning the next attack.

Luxembourg is tucked between France and Germany and was the home of several different countries throughout history.

This place is special to me because I have actually been there. I wandered around the mountainous city for only a day but fell completely in love.

In love with the culture, the people, the history, and the landscape.

No other place can make me feel as amazing as Luxembourg does.

This is a place that I would fork out some money for. This small apartment that you can rent for $70 a night is located in the city center surrounded by history as well as bustling city life.

Now, if you’ll excuse me. I have to go cry while I plan the trip to Luxembourg that isn’t happening anytime soon.
